If you want a constant slow speed rather than having the speed vary from moment to moment then Ctrl-stretching would be easier. Select all the clips, G to group them, then hold down the Ctrl key and stretch the end of the last clip out to the right. All the grouped clips with stretch and slow down together. The farther you stretch, the slower they'll play. This can affect audio too if you wish, unlike Velocity envelopes which only affect video.

Thank you! I selected the first clip, pressed "shift" and selected the last clip, pressed"g" and moved the curser to the end of the last clip, then grabbed ithe edge and dragged while holding control, and all the clips slowed! You just just saved me a lot time!

Another possibility, if you have Vegas 6, is to open your project as a nested project. Then, the whole project acts like a single clip.
