slow motion

Hey guys is there a way to slow down a clip? Im making a paintball video and I have a great shot of a guy getting gogged (hit in the mask) and I want to slow it down in the movie?

1. Hold CTRL while dragging the edge of the clip. You'll see zigzags appear indicating speed change.
or
2. Right click and choose Properties, set the speed in Playback Rate. ie; .500 = 50% of original speed. You'll see zigzags appear indicating speed change.
or
3. Insert a Velocity envelope, and set it to the desired percentage.
Benefit of Velocity is that it's dynamic, and speed may change over time.
