slow motion??

How is this achieved?I read some forums on it but just reducing my fps doesnt do it for me .I just bought this yesterday and came out Movie edit pro11.WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS .This software is amazingly controllable I just have to become more familiar.

Position your mouse cursor over the right edge of your video event. You'll see the cursor change. Hold down the control key (you'll see a squiggly line appear below the cursor) and drag to the right. Drag left to speed things up.

If you right-click the event, then Properties, you can manually put in a playback and undersample rate, too.
