Slow-motion, reverse play, widescreen

Hey, I'm new to movie studio 3.0, but uhh, is it possible to bring everything to slow-motion and is it possible to reverse the video so it plays it backwards? Also, how should I capture the video so that everything doesn't look so wide. When I capture, I capture the video at NTSC DV 29.970 fps, 720x480 pixels, and with a aspect ratio of 0.9091 (NTSC DV). To run your clips in slo -mo, keep the ctrl key down and grab and drag one end of the clip out. You'll see a wavy line indicating the speed's been changed. You can speed things up too! Just drag the end of the clip in instead of out. MS can't play video backwards, though there are free utilities for doing it - sorry I can't remember the names.
