Need some info: Is the V3 on one machine and the V4 on another? Is the V3 on one
hard drive and V4 on another? Are you putting in a V3 veg file into the V4 system?
If that is the case then check the file allocation on the V-3 harddrive and the
file allocation on the V-4 hardrive. If they are different, that is your problem.
The file allocations must be the same. (512 not 4096) if they are the same there
is some other problem. File allocation differences will cause 10 second delays
on deletes, opennings, etc. and that is only if you try to transfer the veg files
from one system to another. I know, it happenned to me in win2k pro.
