How do you slow down the tempo (or rate) of all the tracks
while recording to a new track. I did this all the time my
with a 4 track tape deck. Slow the tempo of the first 3
tracks while recording to the 4th track. In Vegas Audio I
can't adjust the rate when I am recording.

Can this be done at all?
