I know how to slow down video by holding down the CTRL key and dragging.
But when I view the video properties window (general tab) I can't select any number less than 1. The number just changes from 1 to 4 when scrolling down with the up/down selector.
Also, when I changed the speed with CTRL + drag and change any other menu item in the properties-general tab, the playback rate changes to 4.000 and i cannot change it back to the original value.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong here ?
