Apply velicity then stretch the clip out. Look for a little grey triangle at the top, that is the end of the clip.

Almost forgot, if constant slomo is OK, you can also ctrl+drag the clip.

When I cntl-left click I do not see a stretch of the clip. Help.

At the end of the clip where you would normally drag to stretch it place your mouse. When you see the box with an arrow through it hit your ctrl key. Now you will se a box with an arrow and a squiggly line underneath, click and drag out. That is straight slomo.

Drag back towards the start of the timeline and you can speed up the clip.
