Small & Economical Portable Video Device

I am looking for something along the lines of the PSP. An LCD screen thats maybe 5 or 6 inches across but something fairly cheap, like maybe $100 or so.

Can anyone recommend anything like this?

Try portable DVD players on Ebay. Not solid state or HDD, but there are some pretty nice ones for >$130.00. Plus, media is cheap, and if you need to give someone a copy of your work, just pop out the disc and sleeve it.
