Small preview window in studio 16

Hi, since I bought studio 16 the preview window is tiny. (https://imgur.com/a/ih2inZu)

I'm sure I've done something really stupid, but nothing seems to work. Even when I render the video, it ends up looking exactly the same, with the black bars and all. I thought I had it rendering in 1920x1080 so I don't really understand the problem. I see red text below the preview window that says "480x270x32" so I don't know if that's related or how I'd go about fixing it.

Check that you aren't using the Picture In Picture Track. If you are then move everything to another track or delete or mute the PIP FX in the track.
