Small problem

I am working on a project. I am putting some text on the screen but when I try to slide the cursor in the keyframe section of the text editing, the text will not move on the video preview screen like it does for me when I use effects ect. What is wrong?

I have included a link to a screen shot of what I am talking about.

There is no cursor sync in the text dialog, unlike all the other dialogs. Bummer, but true.

That blows! It almost seems like it can't be true. I thought I have used it like that before.

Ok, a workaround .. may NOT be what you want, but it has helped me.

If you regard the text as a "fixed-feast", that is you can't use the Text keyframes 'cos they aint sync enabled, you might wanna try use pan/crop or even track motion .. which are - sync enabled!

This wont fit all requirements, but you may just get done what you need. What is it you are trying to do?
