If you choose the "Include extra information" option, you can scroll through that and see if you have any references to a plug-in or FX options, etc., causing the message.

Sometimes this works and you say Ah-hah! I found a problem this way a couple of years ago. Other times you don't see anything that makes sense to you. But it's worth a try.
