small video inside larger project

hey everyone-

i'm putting together a video that is 480x340... but i'm importing video clips that are 320x240. i want these clips to STAY 320x240 when i drag them into the project. (so they are playing against some stills in the background).

what's the best way to keep these vids from stretching when i incorporate them into my project?

You can use track motion to reduce the frame size of that track to 320x240. All clips placed on that track will be stretched to fill that frame size.
