Smallest edit 10ms?

I noticed that in a few posts that people were discussing sliding the tracks just a few ms. I'm still using Vegas 3.0c (and that may be the problem) but I've never figured out a way to slide less than 10ms. It seams that is the minimum. I've looked numerous times for a way to yank that down to a much smaller number, but it's never happened.

Is there a way I can get Vegas 3.0c to slide a track just 1ms? If so, how? Would I need to upgrade to a newer version to take advantage of this more precise editing feature?

You can use the Edit Details view for the project.

Set your time mode to samples or seconds.

You can then type a value down to the ms or to the sample.
