I have a program that was shot in 30p - so there is no native 60i to fall back on. We have been asked to provide a PAL version, and, as I expected, ther is a noticeable "stutter" to the picture.

Is there any way to compensate for this? I know "always shoot in 60i" will be the favorable response, but that didn't happen, and I need to do what I can with what I have to work with.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
