SMPTE timecode cchoy wrote on 11/29/2005, 11:28 AM Does anyone know how to generate SMPTE timecode with vegas? I want to jam a slate to either Vegas or a PC, but have no idea how to do it... (I know that Metacorder for apple can do it...) --Cory Choy Back to post
Comments farss wrote on 11/30/2005, 3:57 AM I think one can do this using MIDI TC. Bob. rraud wrote on 11/30/2005, 5:30 PM One would need a MIDI TC to SMPTE TC converter as Vegas uses MIDI TC. Very simular but you still need a converter to sync to / from external devices. I am not 100% sure, so I would confirm this.
