Snapping out of grid doesn't works. Why?

I recent update my 3.0a to 3.0c and now i can't move audio objects to a fine beat editing. I turn of the grid snapping and it doesn't work. Please, someone coud help me?

Have you got 'quantize to frames' turned on? (options menu). If so, switch it off.
