Snapping to event edges

I keep getting annoyed by this and keep meaning to ask:

Is there a way to have Vegas snap the edge of one event to the edge of an event on another track?

Ex: I drag the starting edge of an event on track 2, and want it to snap to the end of the event on track 1.

The way I have to do it now is click on the end of the event of track 1, and the cursor snaps to the end correctly, then I drag the edge of the event on track 2, and it snaps to the cursor. This extra step is time consuming.

That's the only way I know how to do it.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Vegas SUCKS when it comes to snapping. Just plain $%^%^^&&^%ng SUCKS.....
