I'm running XP PRO and I'm using a Delta 1010. When I'm just playing back, it's beautiful. I didn't try to go beyond 24 tracks but it was perfect with that on playback.

When I record one track, (even if it's by itself) it's glitchy and it sounds like there's a clocking issue. I can record fine into Sound Forge 6.0 using the same sound card/input setup.

It's a brand new machine that I am still optimizing:
