snapshot and videospeed???

1)Can anyone inform me (step by step)how to take a "snapshot" with vv3? I couldn't find any info in the user manual.

2) How do I slow down or speed up a video in vv3.

1) Make sure you are NOT on external preview, right-click the preview window and choose "Display at project size", and change the preview quality to "BEST". Now, just click on the little disk icon above the preview screen and you will be prompted for a file name. When done, change the quality back to preview and turn of "Display at project size".

2) Use the Velocity envelope or CTRL-drag to resize the clip
