snapshot in trimmer window

How do I take a snapshot when I am in the trimmer? The snapshot icon is not active in the trimmer video. Is there any way to tranfer that frame picture? Thanks for your help.John

Add it to the timeline and then take the snapshot. Snapshot doesn't work in the trimmer.
