Snapshot PNGs taken in V7 are blurry in V10

I have a couple of projects that I started in Vegas 7. And when I load them back in Vegas 10, the images are all blurry. My only solution is to take the snapshots again in Vegas 10. Is there an easier way?

And JPG or PNG? Which one do you recommend for snapshots?

What's your Preview setting?

It's always on Best (FULL) for both V7 and V10. The images are working fine now. Thanks though.
