Snapshot rendering

After placing a snapshot in the timeline and placing titling over it, the titling renders, but the snapshot does not. Can soemone tell me why it will not render?
PS> I am running out of time with this project and Vegas does not help.

You can Preview both together? You can see both tracks in Preview? .. . Give us some more please . .what's your time scale for your project.. ?

You got the text above the snapshot? You got a "transparent" background to your text?

Have you highlighted the area that also includes the text?

Make sure the text is on a TRACK ABOVE the snapshot

Track 1: Title
Track 2: Background picture

The title track is above the snapshot track as directed in the manual. I have had this problem before with PIP and titling. I cannot figure it out. I am using a credit roill titling effect from vegas. Not a third party. It will not render it.

As Grazie said, make sure the background of the scrolling title is transparent. Alternately, post the VEG file somewhere we can look at it to determine the problem.
