I tried online and just get sent to a redirect URL at SoFo's website. How can I make this automatic, without having to get on the phone?

Yes, I'm aggrivated and haven't gone through the help files here... I wanted to get work done, not sift through a knowledgebase.

well, there's nothing wrong with phone activation, but have you downloaded the latest patch's?

Since it's Saturday here, and I have iffy cell reception in my area, I imagine phone isn't the preferred option.

I just stumbled on the register SW option on the site... hopefully it's as easy as it seems (though I'm not sure what email address they have for me...)
