SoFo status

Maybe I'm just noticing it now, but out of curiosity, I checked many of the questions posted recently and further back. Of all the forums I go to, I'm in this one the least. But months ago, it seemed a SoFo rep would show up in the forums and help out when he/she could on almost all relevent inquiries.

Now, they're all AWOL. Not a single one in site. Did they get laid off? I already know about SoFo's predicament, so it's no surprise. Kinda sad, actaully

I think they might be staying away deliberately for now. The last couple times they posted on the forums, they were asked right away what was going on by the forum users. Since they can't comment on the subject...
Given the situation, I'm cutting them alot of slack. On the upside, the phone/e-mail support must have quick answers. The support guys/gals are probably all there. :)

That's a pretty good 'figure.' That, plus being jumped on by a dozen guys demanding to know the answer to this very thread question, and they don't know the answer themselves.
But V4 is a major product launch, and is taking a lot of time, I know.

I thought the people monitoring the forums were part of tech support. I forgot SoFo has developers checking this forum also. On a side note...It feels different having someone other than TedH making new product announcements (Taking nothing away from DSE, who I respect).
