Hello...
I have used my Movie Studio on mostly camcorder video productions. I tried (and failed) to figure out how to make a slide show of still pictures.
When I started to add photos to the production by dragging them from the media explorer to the video track, the went to the video track as little slivers if you understand what I mean.
When playing around with a few settings, somehow I screwed up the preview window that I keep in the lower right hand corner of the production editor.
When I press the play button to preview the project, the preview screen shows the first picture and does not change. If I stop the preview, then the preview screen will show whatever is where the cursor line is.
At the time, I didn't think too much of it as I had to quit and go on to other things.
I went back to the software and now in moving video projects, the preview window acts the same way. Does not show the video in real time. Just sits there showing the first frame of the production and then catches up when I stop the preview.
I am sure I screwed up a setting somewhere but I have not been able to correct it.
I can't figure out how to reset the software to it's default settings like right after I just installed it.
Is there a file I can delete or can someone tell me what I may need to change to get the preview to work correctly again. When I was working on the slide show and I saw what was happening with the preview window, I started messing with everything that looked like it may affect the preview. Now I don't know how to reset it.
It seems that the software remembers what you did during your last session.
Any help would be appreciated.
