Software That can Do Lip Sync Of Photos And Then Import Into Vegas

I have been looking for a easy software package that can take my photo and make it lip sync to whatever I type.

For example, for my granddaughters I would like to take a photo of a popular singer that the teenagers like now days and have her lips move as she says hi to my granddaughters by name. This will only be used for our family to view, it will not be used in any commercial way.

Then I want to render that photo and import it into Vegas.

I downloaded the Windows version of CapCut and put a JPEG on the timeline and typed "This is John and I am Ann" (It was a photo of my late Dad and sister) just for testing purposes. I applied lip sync and it got stuck at 89%. But it took close to a hour to get to 89%. I am using the free version to test it out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

After playing around with some of these AI programs it makes me appreciate Vegas even more.

@Sassylola Unfortunately nothing for Vegas can currently do that.... But what i personally use for achieving great character Lip Sync tasks is After Effects with the Aescripts Auto Lip-Sync plugin. There is also two other software solutions called Reallusion Cartoon-Animator, and Moho Pro Animation Software.
