If you Solo a track, all others (not solo'd) get muted.
I used to have an editor here who wasn't really used to Solo and Mute. He used to solo certain tracks and then woner why others weren't showing up. I'd have to go through a multi layer'd project (he wasn't very tidy in his track layout either), and figure out which was solo'd, which was muted and why.
It WOULD be nice if you could hit a single button that was, say, "UnSolo All" or some such.

Going from mute to solo in a track cancels the mute, as it should.

Going from solo to mute locks down both buttons. I have to assume this is a bug, since I can't see any value to having both buttons down at the same time. Also, this "feature" was introduced in Vegas5; Vegas4 worked normally.
