Doug,

Yes, you'll need to download the MPEG plug-in and install
it to get MPEG support. This can be found on the Download
section of www.sonicfoundry.com.

Please contact technical support to resolve the issue with
the JPEG not showing, I've never heard a report of that
happening before. Have you tried hitting the Refresh
button on the Explorer window?
