Someones nicked my Text, again... or a Bug

Being doing a project with the normal text boxes, loaded a wax transition, then afterwards found that when I call up the text to edit there is no "plug in" ( just a blank sheet) where the text was, the text is still playable on the time line, but no way to edit it. Also when I dropped a Border plug in there where no controls on the screen just an empty box.... ( Vegas 6d)

This has happened before, but after closing and reopening all was well again, this time no go.....

Any ideas or is this a bug...

Just as a work around I opened another instance of Vegas and copied the title to it, adjusted the text and copied back, which thank God worked, or I would be down the Swanee with no paddle as a client was with me at the time.

I'd try the process again without Wax in the workflow, see if that works for you. You say you can't edit the text? What happens when you right click the text and choose "Edit Generated Media?"

I took wax out of the equation to no avail
If I right click I just get a blank panel with no box with the text , same for the pluggings, box opens but no actual bits to fiddle with (ohhh R missus)

I have noticed that when Vegas fires up I can see a box saying "
Plug in Adapter - loading Plugins" I only get that with this project., all the Wax plugins are there instantly if I go into transitions.

If I close the project and then load a different one, the TEXT box has nothing on the box.

Closing and re-opening V6 and all is well on a different project
