Hello, whenever rendering a file to mpeg2, I get different results depending on the dvd authoring program i use.
For example, in DVD Fusion, I imported "sample.m2v". In the Vegas timeline, the last timecode read 00:25:15:13 (hh:mm:ss:ff). When imported into Sonic DVD Fusion, it says "00:25:15:12"... is this a big deal?

Also, when encoding to cbr, are the iframes ALWAYS 15 frames apart if set to iframe frequency = 15?
