Go to Tools/BurnCD/Video CD

There should be a field for "estimated size", just below the lower right corner of the template description field. Are you not seeing that in Vegas 3?

nothing at all there, can anyone else confirm that they have this??
Also if you go to that menu, tools/BurnCD/Video CD the only MPEG option you have is the VCD one, so its not possible to select any other template!. Its the same in the Burn Multimedia filed aswell, but you can select different templates in there, just cant ee any other box under the template box

hmmm- try making a loop selection on the timeline, and then fire up these menus. Make sure the "render loop region only" button is on-

Setting a loop region to burn DOES bring up the estimated file size and free space on disk detail.
