Sony Alpha A7SIII c 4k 100fps 200 mbp MP4 could not be open

Hello,
I have a big problem with Vegas. It doesn't want to load files from my Sony Alpha A7SIII camera mp4 at 4k 100fps 200 mbps . On the same computer I can view and edit in AE Pr... with no problem. I will probably have to leave your program.

XAVC-S format right? Should be supported.

What version of Vegas Pro do you use?

A short A7s3 sample can be helpful for us to test.

Which file format? The camera shoots many different ones.

Try disabling legacy AVC and HEVC in preferences/ file io in VEGAS.
