Is there any way to improve the tech support submission process for those of us registered. Or even have already submitted a claim.
It a real PIA to enter in all the info we have already on file with you guys everytime we submitt a claim/report. Especially if you forget something or amade a mistake , sometimes when you go back the page is blank and you have to retype everything, including the lenthy detailed description of the problem.
I have one claim submitted that is still not be replied, and to have to submitt all the spec's serial numbers, computer id's again is frustrating when Im already frustrated!
Is there no way to retain that info with a cookie or something?
