MS Vista64 Ultimate. QuadCore Intel 2.4 Ghz. The first install was pretty dirty - nothing switched off but everything worked just fine - for awhile. Now, every time I try to "Make DVD" a few minutes into the project I get an error message "Sony DVD Architect has stopped working" program will close. I removed the program, used MS Windows Install Cleanup, removed vestiges of the program from Programs X86 folder, etc. Then turned off firewall, virus checker and re-installed both Architect and Vegas Movie Studio.

This is SDA 4.5d. Latest video driver, no firmware updates listed at the Sony hardware site.
