Sony DVD burner seen by all EXCEPT DVDA

My SOny DVD burner (Firewire DRX-500UL) is seen by my XP Pro box and burns great using NERO and RecordNow Max.

However DVDA just doesn't see it... What gives ?

I know there's a couple of other threads with similar stories but surely someone at Sonic is listening...

Hmm.... Strange?
I have exactly same setup and works perfect. Try turning your drive ON before you start DVDA, or even before you turn your computer ON.
