Sony PIP

Where can I find the Sony PiP? I am not talking about Cookie Cutter.
I want the Picture to be sligthly tilt in so when you view it it will be like it is cured in.

You place your video on a separate video track & use the track motion to scale it/move it around. To tilt it slightly you could use 3D track motion.
