I bought Sony's Movie Studio and have been having troubles with the Screenblast service.
I've contacted them by email 4 times now and never get any answer.
Needless to say I'll be canceling my service! Their customer service SUCKS!!
Oh yeah, just realized those 2 other posts were from you. Hopefully, someone can jump in and help. Unfortunately, it isn't me. Not knowledgeable enough.
If you respond to your posts, i'm sure the members here can help you. This forum is the best I've seen for help. Members are able to stay on the subject without being sarcastic or critical.

I wholeheartedly agree. I would hate to see this forum degrade to the level of Pinnacle Studio forums. I have always found the support from everyone here to be just fantastic and the Screenblast software stable, powerful, flexible... well I could just keep going.
