What exactly was your problem? There a wealth of knowledge to be found in this forum. Just ask.... maybe someone here can help.

Thanks, I have two problems posted.

Oh yeah, just realized those 2 other posts were from you. Hopefully, someone can jump in and help. Unfortunately, it isn't me. Not knowledgeable enough.

If you respond to your posts, i'm sure the members here can help you. This forum is the best I've seen for help. Members are able to stay on the subject without being sarcastic or critical.

Note: Using words like "SUCKS" are not necessary to get your point across.

Like I said we are willing to help. I am not a pro, but some here are.

I wholeheartedly agree. I would hate to see this forum degrade to the level of Pinnacle Studio forums. I have always found the support from everyone here to be just fantastic and the Screenblast software stable, powerful, flexible... well I could just keep going.

I have never had a companies CS department treat me better than Sony's did.

I dont have any experience with Screenblast service, but I do have experience with their Customer Service department.

I sent an e-mail, and it took a couple of days to come back - but it was not the answer I was hoping for.

I called their toll-free number, and as I said - never been treated better.

Have you tried calling them?

There were several excellent responses to your post, spummerr. Have you followed through with them?

This forum is full of very positive people who are willing to lend a hand if you give us the details we need to make a recommendation.

But do lose the attitude. We can only help you if you work with us. This forum is a no flaming zone. ;)
