Wouldn't it be great if you could simply speak or humm a tune via a mic to your computer and apply a "sound filter" . For example, humm a tune and apply a Fender Stratocaster. Another tune (track) and apply a Saxophone filter to it. Then a bass, then a drum. Sing and apply an Elvis Presley filter

Speak into the mic and apply an English or New Yorker accent. Or apply an Arnie the Terminator accent. The mind boggles at the possibilites. Imagine the royalties (and lawsuits) for the owners....eh Sony?

I'm sure it would make audio much easier for the videocentric!
