Just tried to install my older version of Vegas 8.0.
At the registration prompt, it errors: Unable to Connect to the Registration Server - ERROR 12002: the operation timed out
When I hit cancel, I have the opportunity to connect to Customer Support to register manually. But the link (https://www.mediasoftwareapps.com/Registration/s3_reg/?RequestType=RegHelp [shortened]) is dead.
So I go to My Support to ask a question about it. That is dead, too.
Is this just a case of failure to maintain customer websites, or is this a matter of policy on old versions?
