Sony tech support reply after 10 weeks

So I'm having problems with mpg2 templates. Basically they do not work. The mp4 is fine which gets me out of trouble.

Their solution after 10 weeks is to remove the program and it's files. Start a new user account and reinstall. Now I have reinstalled several times many weeks ago with no luck so I'm not hopeful a new user account will solve the issue.

I have 48 hours to respond before my ticket is classed as solved! Glad timescales are swift their end. I shall try the fix tonight but I can't say I'm hopeful!

I must say I feel rather lucky that this is my only issue (not being able to render to mpg2 templates). By the sound of it I have got off lightly with stability issues.

I'll reply to Sony tech support - I'll report back in a further 10 weeks with the next pearls of wisdom.

I just got a reply to a matter I raised on 25 May 2012 .... just saying "they are there"... :-)
