Sony V Plat 7.0a / 3D

Is there anyway to apply 3D to layers in version 7? I have read that in older versions it was possilbe to make a layer 3D, but I have not been able to locate this feature in version 7.

I think 3D is only available in the full version of Vegas.

The full version, not the Studio version.
