Sony Vegas 13 - "Stopped Working On Render"

My SV13 on version 444 is not working when i try to render. i choose any format to render as and as soon as i click render it crashes.

Windows searches for a problem and then cant find one.

it happened with different versions of SV13 like 428 and it still doesn't work.
i have re installed and tried rendering all sorts of clips, it doesn't work.

GPU Accel is = OFF

What is your source footage format?

Have you tried to render with just a generated text message - for example, in the legacy text generator, the words Hello World?
