I'm not familiar with that error or the reported problem. I have no issue exporting to xml or importing that xml in DaVinci Resolve. Perhaps there is something in your project that is causing Vegas to falter. What is at the 92% mark in your project, as it seems to not like whatever it is.

Can you outline your work flow, as in what are you doing to the project before you export and what are you going to do in Resolve, and do you intend to complete the round robbin by XLM back into Vegas?

Here's a link to an Old YouTube video, that I have succesfully used in the past (Vegas Pro 15 and DR 15 basic). From Doug De Young . If that workflow doesn't provide the help you need, beyond my scope!

XML exports / imports are quite finicky, so you need to keep your timeline as simple as possible. I have seen this kind of error (not sure about the exact message) happen from having a clip overlap another somewhere other than an end point.

If you really can't get it to work, you can always take the "brute force" approach and "push" clips from Resolve into Vegas. By which I mean, just grab all your media, grade it and output (as individual clips) and do a replace in Vegas' project manager. Now you have a Vegas timeline with graded clips. You could also export a low-res reference movie from Vegas, take that into Resolve and use it to manually conform a timeline. Not fun.

Okay I figure it why XML don't want to export.
I created bins with movie clips so I try to delete them and XML finally export.

@Komaryt Yes, thanks for reporting that! I think this may have caught me out before as well - will have to check it out. :)

Hmmmmm…. I tried a number of combinations of bins and sub bins, but could not get it to crash/fail. @Komaryt could you share the bin structure that causes a failure? If we can confirm the problem we can submit it to the dev's as a bug.

That was really weird because I thought it will export. I deleted all bins from Media Bins and left it empty.

And if you want to submit bug to dev's you can sumbit that there is some bug with XML export because DaVinci doesn't see clips with 50 fps - only with 25 (project settings are at 25fps) and I need to import XML into premiere and then export into DaVinci :D that workflow is so fucked up :D
