I contacted NewBlueFX, he said that I have to come through to sales. He said they cannot help with support questions. He created a support case for me, they will contact me tomorrow. He also said that I filled out a contact that is for sales.
If there's not a VEGAS option maybe Magix 64 bit is what's required. But anyway as Dexcon said you need to contact NewBlue. With the comment "come through to sales" perhaps they meant NewBlue sales?

That probably means 'NewBlueFX sales' with the implication that they want you to buy the current version that is compatible with both Sony-era Vegas Pro (certainly Vegas Pro 13 and possibly VP10, 11 and 12) as well as Vegas Pro 14 and later (under MAGIX ownership).
Please note that this forum is a user-to-user forum for Vegas Pro and is not Vegas sales nor support - and in any event MAGIX Vegas sales doesn't sell NewBlueFX products.
