A few weeks ago I purchased Sony Vegas yada yada (it's in the title), and it worked great. About a week ago the program kept crashing, so I just closed it. A few days ago it was frozen on the start-up screen and the only way I could close it was to shut down my laptop. Cut to yesterday and it won't open at all.
I've tried several things and none of them work. On the Sony Support FAQ answer for "My program won't load" (https://www.custcenter.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1101/kw/reset%20software/related/1) I tried the first few things and it didn't work, and there's a post below me with a similar issue; I tried the first option presented there of reverting the program back to default settings and it still won't open.
Use of Movie Studio is vital because I'm working on a short film and I make Youtube videos, and I can't afford to lose all that work. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
