Sony Vegas Pro 11 crash at start-up

I am not sure it this topic was started already. Please have patience if so as I am desperate for help.
My Sony Vegas Pro 11 build 701 (64bit) crash at start-up. I uninstalled, cleaned the registry, cleared the program files of all Sony Creative software. Re installed from fresh. The program still crash at start-up. Stops at "Initialising GPU-acceleration processing...
Someone please help!!!

You are running 64 bit Vegas on 32 bit XP?

Hold CTRL+SHIFT and keep holding it until a message appears to reset Vegas to its defaults. Once it starts, disable GPU acceleration.
