I don't really know what to call this problem but whenever I import one of my raw clips into Sony Vegas Pro 15 it makes all these weird colors and black and stuff occasionally which follows into rendering and then the whole video is like that.

My Recording Software: OBS Studios

Encoder: Intel QuickSync (Cause my graphics are bad)

Framerate: 30fps

My Specs:

Intel I5 5200U (or something like that)

Intel Integrated HD 5500 Graphics

Edit: I have to use HandBrake to avoid this issue but it takes a lot of time to encode.
