Bytescout screen capturing filter won't open

Not a Sony product. Try removing it.

I searched the windows 10 for biytescout came up with nothing. I then thought the problem was with the video capture card or the Canopus input box. I unplugged the digital cable from the Canopus input box the computer responded. It brought up a Canopus video capture window. I clicked a few buttons to bring this unit online. Then I went back to Vegas 10 and the problem was solved. Thank you for your help.
