Currentlty running a clean W10 but have my old Ww7->W10 upgrade disk.  Need to release NBT3 from the old disk so I could install & activate NBT3 on the new setup.  Whilst uninstalling NBT3 I noticed NBT2 (used by VP12) being removed.  After uninstalling, rebooted and by chance tried to open VP12.  No chance.  It was previously fully functional.
For info only NBT2 was used by VP12. NBT3 was used by Edius and is needed for use on clean W10. 

Not overly pleased with NB.  Take care using NBT product
